SKILL LEVELS
Can I come if I have never tried pole or aerial arts before?
Yes! We have a selection of workshops and classes which range in level from absolute beginners to advanced, and everything in between. IPAACs aim is to welcome everyone interested in or already part of anything to do with pole and aerial arts. As well as a range of fantastic workshops, you will also have access to the free playroom, allowing you to try out new things including pole, rope, hoop, and silks.
What is the difference between the skill levels?
ALL Levels
This session will be suitable for every student. The instructor will change the ability depending on the student. All levels are welcome.
BEGINNER Level
This level is aimed at anyone who has never seen or used the apparatus or is less confident and unable to invert. These classes are a perfect starting point.
INTERMEDIATE Level
Depending on the different apparatus and your body strength, the intermediate level starts when students have mastered and are confident in inverting. If you are unsure about what level you are at, ask your current instructor for advice.
ADVANCED Level
The advanced level is aimed at anyone who is confident when performing intermediate moves and is now looking to learn or develop higher risk and challenging poses or skills.
PLEASE NOTE If attending all beginner and intermediate classes the instructor will teach to your level. If attending an advanced class this will be taught at advanced level. PLEASE be honest about your skill ability so you can get the most out of the classes.
